I had a pending payment of AED 7200 for Etisalat, but due to some financial issues, I couldn't pay it for a long time.

Now, they have finally told me about legal action or travel ban.

They disconnected my e-life in the amount of 1600 plus. Couldn't expect that amount, and I'm not using that monthly.

You need to visit Etisalat and ask for a breakdown so you can confirm whether the said amount was in return of your actual usage or not.

If yes, then you need to pay it immediately. But if not, they will automatically rectify the situation.
