Getting arrested in Pakistan for defaulting on a loan in the UAE

Hi,

I had a loan of 30,000 from a UAE bank back in 2018 which I failed to pay. I am living in the UK now and will be traveling to Pakistan on a direct flight.

Will I be arrested in Pakistan for defaulting on a loan in the UAE?

Dear questioner,

You will not be arrested in Pakistan due to unpaid loans in the UAE. The UAE and Pakistan are not connected and have separate jurisdictions.

If a travel ban is placed upon you by the UAE bank (the creditor), then that travel ban only applies in the UAE.

Kind Regards,

Dear questioner,

It is possible to inquire about the cases related to a particular court in one emirate, and it is produced by the existence of cases, which is the goal of the client's request.

The cost of searching for this option is 645 dirhams, not including POA fees.
