Consequences of resignation in a limited employment contract
Hello,
I am here on a limited contract of 2 years and I'm not interested in continuing my employment.
My contract states that I'm liable for any "legal fees" for terminating the contract early.
I'm still within my three-month probation period and I am wondering about a couple of things.
Is there a penalty for leaving early?
Do I have to give the standard 30-day notice?
Am I liable for my own airfare home?
Any other information you think would be helpful would also be greatly appreciated.

With reference to your inquiry, kindly be informed that during the probation period, you can resign and safely leave on the same day.
You are neither obliged to pay any single fils to the employer nor are you entitled for any payments (including the ticket) other than your monthly salary.
