End of service, this year continues at the rate of fifteen days' wages from the third year, and one month's wages for each year of the following destroyer (Article 111 of the Labor Law). Every worker who has spent in the service of the employer for a continuous full year has the right to a leave of no less than 21 days with full wages for each year and to be increased to a period of no less than 28 days after serving five consecutive years. The worker is entitled to a leave for fractions of the year in proportion to the period he spent in service. The worker may not waive his right to the leave or receive cash compensation for it. My employer refused to give me my full indemnity for six year of service. What can I do?

Hello, It’s been a month since I left my company in Bahrain. I worked for more than 6 years. My employer refused to give me my indemnity in full and only gave me a very little amount as advanced. Respected Sir/Madam, I was on leave and due to some family issues, I was not able to go back to Bahrain. I have a loan in Bahrain and half of the amount I have paid by my indemnity and now I have a due amount of approx. BHD 4000.
