How is the indemnity of a Bahraini citizen be calculated upon resignation?

I think that is for the expatriates. Is it the same for Bahrainis?

I mean LMRA deals with expats. What is the indemnity law for Bahrainis and what benefits do I have if I get terminated?

Bahraini and Non-Bahraini are the same computation of Indemnity. Half a month's salary for the first 3 years and one month's salary for each year of service thereafter.

The indemnity will be calculated on the most recent basic pay.

With regards to the other end-of-service benefits, what can be claimed depends on the type of contract.

And about the termination we still have to know the reason for termination.
