The validity of an eviction notice when the apartment is sold

Hi Maryam,

I am a tenant in Dubai.

My previous landlord served me an eviction notice of 12 months on the premise of moving in through a notary, and now he sold the apartment to a new landlord.

Is the eviction notice still valid? Or does the new owner have to send me a new one?
