أرسل لي المالك السابق إشعارًا بالإخلاء من خلال كاتب العدل مدته 12 شهرًا على أساس الانتقال للسكن، والآن قام ببيع الشقة إلى مالك جديد.

هل لا يزال إشعار الإخلاء ساري المفعول؟ أم هل يجب على المالك الجديد أن يرسل لي إشعارًا جديدًا؟
