How to remove a travel ban for drinking and driving to leave the country?

I was arrested for drinking and driving. The case was a few months before and I was released after paying 5k and now I have 20k court fine and a travel ban.

But I need to go to my home country asap for some urgency and for the same I dont have any money to pay or for anything.

Please advise me, can I get an outpass or do I need to surrender to go back home?
