It is our understanding that the company is located in the UAE, hence UAE Labor Law applies.

You are permitted to quit during the probation period but there are different rules to follow depending on the reason.

For instance, if you are quitting because you have obtained another job offer, then you must give notice of at least 30 days to your old employer in writing and have your new employer compensate the original employer for the costs of recruitment or contracting with the worker unless otherwise agreed upon.

However, if you were to leave the UAE and that is the reason for resigning, then you shall notify the employer of the same in writing not less than fourteen (14) days from the date specified for the termination of the contract.

You can resign during the probationary period without any responsibility.

It is better if you complete the contract and if necessary, you have to settle with the employer to not ban you.

If he bans you, you can remove it when your job requires a bachelor's certificate but it is not easy.
