Getting a new offer while working for a company

Sir,

I am working in the UAE for 2-year years visa and 1 year is complete. I have come to India on vacation already but I will not return to this company.

I have a new offer in the UAE. My old company has not canceled my visa and labor contract.

Please advise me!

Good morning,

It is necessary to cancel your visa by the present company to process a new visa.

It is advisable to resign your job by email to your company with a request to cancel your visa. On the other hand, if your present company has already registered absconding, it is difficult.

So that you have to check your status.
