Dear questioner,

You can serve notice as long as you are the new owner, however, you need to mention that and mention the reason for your eviction request.

If you would like my assistance to draft the notice, please text me on Whatsapp.

Thank you for responding Mr. Bakheet.

Do I need to do a new EJARI?

The best option is for the old owner to give the notice.

We can do that for you.

It's supposed to be a new deal.

Hi Mr. Nasser.

Thank you for your response. Does the new deal mean new EJARI?

10 Oct 2022, 18:32

True, the same previous conditions apply to the old owner agreed with the tenant, and if you want to vacate the property, you must notify the tenant 90 days before the end of the contract.
