Dear sir/madam,

My daughter has 2 passports, pass1, and pass 2. Pass 1 has the legal residency, and pass 2 has nothing, but I want to take her to pass 2 country.

Is that an issue?

Hello,

It should not be an issue to use passport 2 to travel to passport 2's country.

However, keep in mind that you will need to use the same passport for departure and arrival. Meaning that if you decide to come back to the country that has the legal residency, you would not be able to do that with the 2nd passport.

In such a case, take both passports with you but use the one with the legal residency.
