Dear questioner,

It is possible to file a case before the Personal Status Court supported by witnesses or correspondence that proves the cheating.

Hello.

The first thing you need to do is submit a divorce petition by registering the case with the Family Guidance section in the Emirate you are resided in.

Then you have to submit some documents and will be assigned to a family lawyer to handle the divorce case.

Once both parties are in agreeance, there will be a hearing in the first instance court and the judge passes the judgment on the manner.

Dear Madam,

I'm sorry for the problems you are having with your husband, but I should make the following points clear to you:

First and foremost, you have the legal right to divorce and claim maintenance because you have actually filed your case in court.

Second, you can also launch a criminal case if you have sufficient evidence.

Knowing that every law office needs its own legal consultant to create cases and memos, the third piece of advice is to choose a local law firm with its own legal consultant to represent you in court.

Regards,

Abdul Wahied

Try to solve your problem with your husband first amicably without going to court.

Prove the damage and you can get a divorce ruling.
