أحقية الحصول على الراتب إذا طلب من الموظف البقاء في السكن

سيدي العزيز / سيدتي العزيزة،

انضممت إلى شركة جديدة في الإمارات. لا تزال إحدى بطاقاتي غير معتمدة للقيام بالعمل في منطقة معينة، لذا تطلب مني الشركة البقاء في السكن بعد الانضمام.

مازلت أنتظر منذ أكثر من 50 يومًا والشركة لا تدفع لي راتبي.

طلبت منهم أن يمنحوني عملاً في مكان آخر ويدفعوا لي، ويطلبون مني الانتظار.

هل يمكنني الحصول على راتبي بشكل قانوني عن فترة إقامتي في السكن حسب تعليماتهم؟

Yes, I signed and my resident visa has also been done along Emirates ID.

I ask them to pay but they said that when they send you to the site then my timesheet will start.
