كيفية الحصول على شهادة العزوبية؟

مرحبًا،

لا أعرف أين أطرح هذا السؤال ولكن هنا.

أنا امرأة تبلغ من العمر 37 عامًا، هندية الجنسية ولكن مقيمة في دولة الإمارات (دبي)، وسوف أتزوج من مواطن هندي مقيم في هونغ كونغ.

بعد قائمة مراجعة المستندات، طلب محامي خطيبي شهادة "عزوبة" من جانبي. الآن أقوم بالتحقق من كل جانب، ويخبرني المحامون/الأشخاص بطرق مختلفة لإنجاز ذلك حسب البلد.

هل يمكن لأي شخص أن يساعدني في ذلك؟

It is a certificate that you are not married.

You can do it in court; you need two witnesses to say that you are not married.
