سيدي العزيز / سيدتي العزيزة،

أنا موظفة في إحدى الشركات منذ ما يقرب من 10 أشهر، وأنا حامل في الشهر السابع. أنا على وشك الولادة، لكن مديري يطلب مني الاستقالة لأنه لن يدفع مقابل إجازة الأمومة ولن أحصل على أي شيء.

There is no problem if he ignores you or doesn't give you work. If he wants, he can terminate you, but don't resign.
