How to get the passport back from an employer?

Hi,

I want to know how can we take an order on a petition in Sharjah to take my passport back from my employer. And how much does it cost?

My visa is in the free zone but my passport is with the HR department in the head office outside the SAIF Zone.

Dear questioner,

Why do you need to order on petition to take a passport from an employer?

Ask the HR department to give you back your passport, or visit the Free Zone office and complain against your employer for not returning your passport.

Kindly contact us via phone or email.

Thanks for your reply!

I resigned already from my company and served 1 month's notice as well but now they are not paying me my final settlement and not processing my visa cancellation that's why I want my passport back from them.

Visit MOHRE and complain to them that your employer is not settling EoSB and also not returning your passport.

Kindly contact us via phone or email.
