الزيادة في الإيجارات تتجاوز مؤشر الإيجارات. ما يجب القيام به؟

أنا أبحث عن بعض النصائح.

نحن نستأجر صالة نوم بـ 40000. عقدنا سينتهي في نوفمبر. لقد أرسل الملك إلينا إشعارًا يخبرنا أنه سيزيده إلى 50000. وقد طلبت منهم تخفيض المبلغ. لقد جعل الزيادة قدرها 48 ألفًا، لكن هذا يزيد عن مؤشر الإيجار.

وفقًا لدائرة الأراضي والأملاك، يبلغ مؤشر الإيجار 6 آلاف. إذا قمت برفع قضية ضده، هل هناك أي فرصة لكسب القضية؟ وما هو المبلغ الذي يجب أن أدفعه عند رفع القضية؟
