Canceling a visa in DMCC to take another visa in Mainland Ajman
Dear sir/madam,
I was a partner in a license in DMCC. But now I have completely given it to the other partner. He hasn't renewed his license and my visa is already expired more than a year.
I need to cancel this visa and take another visa for my own company in Mainland/Ajman. I have been trying to do it through DMCC but it is taking a long time. It is already more than 6 months now, but nothing is happening.
Now neither can I legalize my status in UAE nor can I expand my other business because I can't travel.
Can you please help me out on how to clear this?

In order to clear the name as the partner from DMCC, first, you have to clear your name from the license. Since the new owner did not renew the license, however, we need to know how the sale happened to the partner.
If the share was sold to the existing partner then there must be a share sale and exit from the company.
