A director visa is rejected. What to do?
Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to inform you that we established a company in DMCC FREE ZONE.
We had 3 visa quotas. For two board of directors, we could receive an entry permit. For one of them, it is two times rejected.
Would you be kind enough to let me know what should we do?
Our nationality is Iranian and we have German residency as well.

Please feel free to provide us with a copy of his passport, and the 2 rejection letters that were received by immigration to my email so that we will be able to check his current status on the immigration system and let you know the exact procedures that should be taken.

As per your query, please note that if the entry permit is rejected, then it might be from immigration, hence, you can remove the person and the other 2 people can form the company in DMCC.
