Possibility of lifting a ban for old TB scars in the UAE

Q: Dear Maam,
Good day!
I am from the Philippines. I would like to seek legal advice regarding my situation.
Last March 2015, I went to Dubai to look for a job and fortunately I was hired by one of the companies in Dubai but unluckily the result of my medical exam was unfit to work due to my lung scar.
I was able to talk to the PRO of the company and ask him that if I can still apply for a new visa and he said YES. So I exited to Qesm, but before I exit to Qesm I did an iris scan.
That bothers me because the passport doesn't have a stamp of life banned. Since the PRO told me that it's ok to apply for a new visa I resumed to exit Qesm and wait for my new visa.
But what happened to me is a mess. The PRO told me on Viber that I was already banned in Dubai.
Is there any remedy to lift my ban? I really want to go back to Dubai. I hope you can help me, Ma'am.
God bless and more power.

I was deported because of old TB scars on my lung. How can I lift the ban?

Q: Hi Sir,
How Are You?
I am from India and I am a salesman at XYZ Shop In Sharjah.
After completing 2 months, I went for a medical test my blood test was good but in the X-ray, they found a little scar on my left lung.
They transferred my medical report to (EHS) where I met a doctor who told me that I had TB. But I don't know when I had this disease, maybe in childhood.
Then I went for a gold TB test at a medical center where I met a TB specialist. After completing my sputum or blood test for 3-4 days, my test came negative.
So I collected all my reports and also a request letter from the doctor about my health, but they did not see my report and deported me.
I'm really worried that I cannot come to the UAE for my entire life not only on a resident visa but also tourist or visit visa.
Please can you help me?
Is there any legal process that I can lift my ban for at least a tourist visa?

How can we claim our money back if the cheque we received have bounced for insufficient funds? 0
We received a cheque which has now bounced. We have tried for over a month and a half now to get a new cheque from the person, and every day he says the next day.
We need the money now. We have been to the police station, and they said they can not do anything as the reason the cheque bounced is "Insufficient funds."
We have been to Al Barsha - Dubai Courts, and they said there is nothing they can do about it.
We are not sure what we can do. We need the money asap to pay our kids' school fees, let alone all the interest we have lost.

Who is supposed to pay for the transfer fee, the employee or the employer? 0
Hello
I joined my new company on February 26, 2025. Upon joining the new company, I asked HR if it was free to join the company, and she said yes.
After working with them for 1 month, I experienced a salary delay, and I had to go to the office to ask why there was a delay in my salary.
That is when the HR told me she deducted my whole salary to recover the transfer fee.
Now my question is, who is supposed to pay for the transfer fee, the employee or the employer?
