Returning to the UAE when the chest x-ray is within normal limits
Good day,
A friend who was in Al-Ain was diagnosed with TB while on visa screening and he was adjusted as unfit in the year 2020. So he went back home and got the treatment for TB.
Now according to the doctor, he is completely fit and his chest x-ray is within normal limits.
What is the procedure for him to reenter the UAE? Can he come on a visit visa and then apply for a residence visa?
Awaiting your kind responses.
Thank you!
Dear questioner,
Please make a medically fit certificate and attest it from the notary public, home country embassy, UAE embassy in the home country, and MOFA and send it to the UAE and submit the certificate to the Ministry of Health.
If the Ministry of Health finds it authentic, you get a NOC and submit the same to GDRFA in order to get a visa.
Once the old scars show up in an x-ray, then it will create a problem in getting a visa.
There is no difficulty obtaining a visit visa.
For any further assistance with the above procedure, feel free to WhatsApp or call.
Regards,
Abdul Wahied
