I have a case going on with a company for not paying my indemnity. I have won the case but the employer still hasn't paid. The execution court now has accepted to block the shares of the employer company with the ministry of commerce and the commercial registration will be affected. Please advise

Good evening, Madam! I just wanted to ask if I can resign from my work as I'll complete 2 months on Sept. 1. I like my work but the problem is if I make some mistakes she's shouting at me in front of the customers and we are not getting any holidays here in Bahrain, only we get in the Philippines like Christmas, new year and labor day and we are working 11 hours every day.

Hi! Good Day! I hope everyone is well. I just want to ask something about my situation here in Bahrain. I finished my 2 years' contract here last April 15, 2021. The company where I used to work asked me whether I want to renew my contract, I said yes, but I want to take my 2 months vacation. We had an agreement only verbally, no letters or anything, just verbal agreement. So they renew my visa and I wait for my ticket. But 1 month later, there was no vacation. I waited again, but there is no ticket. So I decided to resign for the 2nd time. My resignation letter is dated September 15, 2021, in which my last day of work is October 16. I waited for my ticket. I stopped working now but I'm still here in Bahrain. Also, they made a new contract but I didn't sign it. Is there anything I can do so I can go back to my country and also get indemnity?
