يقوم المستأجر بإخلاء الشقة دون سابق إنذار. ما الذي يجب القيام به؟

مرحبًا،

أنا مقيم في المملكة المتحدة ولدي شقة في دبي. لقد تركتها لمواطن روسي/مولدوفي لم يدفع الإيجار عند استحقاقه في 24 مايو.

لقد قدم إشعارًا في 8 يونيو وأعاد المفاتيح بعد ذلك. وهو حاليًا في الخارج.

يوجد عقد كامل وإيجاري ساري المفعول. هل يمكنني ملاحقته لسداد الإيجار؟ تنص الاتفاقية أيضًا على إشعار لمدة شهرين وغرامة لمدة شهرين في حالة الإنهاء المبكر، لذا فهذا مبلغ كبير.
