س: تم استدعائي للشرطة اليوم، أخبروني أن هناك وكيلًا للمكان الذي قمت باستئجار شقة منه لقضاء أجازة لمدة 4 أشهر قد قدم شكوى بشيكين مرتجعين عن شهري يناير وفبراير. ما هي حقوقي وما الذي يمكن أن أفعله؟ ج: الحل الأنسب لك هو أن تسوي هذا الأمر مباشرة مع المالك وتجعله يعيد لك الشيكات ويسحب الشكوى…

Hi,

The police have obviously called you to report to the police station because of the two bounced cheques.

You state that you have paid the amount of the first cheque in cash, but do you have a receipt from the landlord for such payment? Moreover, the second cheque clearly also needs to be paid since it is now become due.

The best thing to do is to settle with the landlord directly and have him return the cheques and withdraw the police complaint.
