How to make a friendly loan agreement with my colleague?

My colleague borrowed money from me in 2020 during the COVID-19 situation. I can't get my money back. He tortured me. He has been sending messages to me on WhatsApp.

If he goes to his country and didn't come back, I will not get my money back. And he asked again for money (3000 dirhams). Now the total amount is 10000 dirhams.

I didn't go on vacation because of this, please help me.

You have to get a declaration from him that he took 10,000. Then it will be easier for you to file a case against him.
