كيف أبرم اتفاقية قرض ودي مع زميلي؟
اقترض مني زميلي أموالاً في عام 2020 أثناء أزمة فيروس كورونا (كوفيد-19). لا أستطيع استرداد أموالي. لقد عذبني. لقد كان يرسل لي رسائل على الواتساب.
إذا ذهب إلى بلده ولم يعد، فلن أستعيد أموالي. طلب مرة أخرى المال (3000 درهم). الآن المبلغ الإجمالي هو 10000 درهم.
لم أذهب في إجازة لهذا السبب، الرجاء مساعدتي.
