I have a medical condition that restrains my fingerprints from being scanned. All my fingers cannot scan themselves apart from my left thumb.

Will this restrict me from traveling to the UAE or any other country for that matter?

No, that should not, but you should have a medical report on you in case you get questioned.

You can ask them to take your eye print and your left thumb print instead of any other required print.

Yes, the Central Bank of the UAE has instructions to not refuse any bank account opening request unless a legitimate reason is there.

UAE banks are really lenient with people who have some physical problems. We would advise that you open your bank account in [----] bank as it has very good treatment for customers.
