My company terminated me for economic reasons and I filed a complaint. What's next?

My company released me due to our continuous delay of clients payments as per our manager, that is why our salaries were delayed.

But before that, I have already made a complaint through MOHRE because of the salary delay. What shall I do?

If you have already cleared the issue with your employer that you raised a complaint on, you may close it as it reaches settlement.

If the termination process breached the contract conditions, then you may add it to your complaint and they won't be able to terminate you and must pay you all your dues.
