Can my employer terminate me if I file a case against the company for salary delay?

I filed a complaint to labor regarding 3 months delay in salary. Now my employer knows it was me.

Do they have the right to terminate me or tell me not to come to work anymore because of my complaint?

My 12 colleagues and I are desperate because of 3 months delay in salary and some of them have more than 6 months delay.

Some are under labor and some are under ADGM. We want to file a complaint but we are scared because we might lose our job, or we won't be able to find a new one, or those who will go on vacation they might not be able to leave the country if we complain about our company to the authorities.

We need assistance because we are desperate. If your service is affordable, we are willing to pay.

Please give us advice on how it works and provide assistance.
