Returning to the UAE after a deportation for 2 years

Dear questioner,

I have been deported in 2017 when I visited Dubai on a 30-day visit visa.

Due to a legal proceeding with a vendor, I couldn't leave the country and the entire case took 1 year to come to a closure. After that, I have been deported but they said I cannot come for the next 2 years.

Now I want to check if I can come again to Dubai.

Welcome,

In the event of deportation from the state, some procedures can be taken to cancel the ban; the most important of which is submitting a request for mercy, and it is possible to accept or reject the request according to the case.

The application can be submitted through law firms, for a fee for this service.

The charge for this service is 6,000 AED in advance and 6,000 if the request is accepted.

In the case of requesting the service from the law firm, you can email us.
