How can an employee cancel the the labor contract?

I am a taxi driver. I have been working for a year and 8 months. The company is not canceling me.

What should I do?

Dear questioner,

If you wish to terminate your work, you must provide the company with the notice period that is stated in your contract.

Or if you do not get work and the company is not paying you, then you can register a complaint with the ministry of labor.

Yes mam I filed a case for cancellation. I have all the court papers, but the company still has not canceled me.
