Can the daughter claim her rights of inheritance after her father passed away?

Please I want an answer in Sharia.

The father of a Muslim UAE national gave in his lifetime his business share to 3 sons and 3 daughters.

He did not give any share in this business to the 4th daughter. The 4th daughter came to know he did not give her rights after his death.

Is there any way she can go to sharia court for justice?

Thanks and regards,

A detailed answer will be highly appreciated.

Alsalam Alikom,

Basically, what her father did is against the law and Sharia specifically, based on the Hadith of our prophet Muhammad, There is {No will for an heir}.

So she has the absolute legal right to approach the court and sue her brothers and sisters to get and recover her legal rights based on Sharia.

In case she needs any help please do not hesitate to contact us by email.

Thanks.

Hi

Thank you for your answer.

He did not leave any will, but in his lifetime, he gave the business to 3 sons and 3 daughters and he did not give anything to the 4th daughter and she came to know after his death.

Yes, there is an opportunity to get her share, but this depends on the method of giving up before death.

Dear, the subject needs a study to discuss all aspects and a good inquiry, and make an online meeting with a specialized legal advisor for legal advice, and the cost of this advice is only one thousand dirhams, in order to find a solution to the problem.
