Terminating an employee if he doesn't return to work for 1 month

Dear sir/madam,

Can we terminate an employee without notice or end of service payment if he doesn't come for 1 month after vacation?

Should we register an absconding also?

Hi questioner,

If the worker is absent from work without a legitimate reason or an excuse acceptable to the employer for more than twenty (20) non-consecutive days, or more than seven (7) consecutive days, the employer may dismiss the worker without warning, after conducting a written investigation with him, and the decision to dismiss shall be in writing and reasoned.

You can file absconding in this case.
