Can I object to the landlord's eviction notice for personal use because he sold the property?
My landlord served me a 1-year eviction notice stating to vacate the property for personal use. But he sold the property last month without even notifying me.
Now, the new owner contacted me and reminded me to vacate the property as per the old landlord's eviction notice.
Do I really need to vacate the property?
Or do I stand a chance to object to the validity of the eviction notice on grounds that the eviction notice was served stating personal use but in reality, the landlord had sold it?

Dear User,
Kindly note that if it is a legal eviction notice, you must evict the premises.
However, if you would like to visit us in our office and provide us with a copy of the eviction notice, we can review it to find any inaccuracies and proceed to appeal it.

Hi
You can send a notice to the new landlord objecting to your eviction as the former landlord served you the eviction notice reasoning it for his own personal use, however, it was sold without your knowledge, and hence, you object to this notice.

Hello,
If the old landlord served you notice, you have to vacate it.
