Forcing the biological father of illegal daughter to acknowledge paternity
Hello,
My Moroccan wife (at the time of the incident, now divorced/ex-wife) was impregnated by an Emirati. I found out about it after I took her to Germany (my home country), thinking it's my child.
The baby girl was born there. I filed for a DNA test, which result was 100% negative, this was then legally confirmed by the German court.
I am currently in Dubai and intend to locate the biological father, with the intention of him acknowledging parentage and taking legal responsibility.
Is there a law firm specialized in such cases? If so, what are the steps that need to be taken?
I am not after revenge or money, I only want to secure the baby girl's rights.
Thanks
Dear Questioner,
Hope my message finds you well.
With regards to the above, I have to inform you, that your situation is quite complex, due to the fact that you got divorced already, and you do not have the legal capacity anymore to file a case against the Emirati national.
But before that, I would like to know the answer to the following questions:
- Where did you get married to your ex-wife? in the UAE or Germany?
- What are your religion and your ex-wife's?
- What is the date of the DNA test? What is the date of your divorce?
- Have you attested the DNA test?
- How old is the baby girl?
- The ex-wife is living in the UAE or outside?
Kindly, answer my questions on my email ms@elnaggarlegal.com, and we have the specialized law firm in this type of cases.
For any further inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact me on my mobile No. +971507893447.
Thank you.

Dear Sir,
I hope you are doing well.
With regard to your question, I would like to advise you that we can help you in this matter as the UAE courts recognize the DNA tests.
So we need to file a prove or deny of a decent case
Best regards
