Dear sir/madam,
Regarding the new labor law, can an employer dismiss an employee on probation period without compensation and explanation?
What happens if the employee files a complaint with MOHRE?

Hi,
As per the new regulation, the employer may terminate the worker’s service during the probation period after notifying the worker in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the date specified for termination of service.
And the employer needs to compensate the worker for this period. If the employer fails to do so, the employee may complain to MOHRE.
