هل يمكن لصاحب العمل فصل الموظف في فترة الاختبار دون تعويض؟

فيما يتعلق بقانون العمل الجديد، هل يستطيع صاحب العمل فصل الموظف في فترة الاختبار دون تعويض أو تقديم تفسير للفصل؟
ماذا يحدث إذا تقدم الموظف بشكوى إلى وزارة الموارد البشرية والتوطين؟

Hi,
As per the new regulation, the employer may terminate the worker’s service during the probation period after notifying the worker in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the date specified for termination of service.
And the employer needs to compensate the worker for this period. If the employer fails to do so, the employee may complain to MOHRE.
