أود أن يكون شخص صادق معي. أنا في المملكة المتحدة. ما المدة التي يتعين علي فيها المطالبة بالميراث في دبي؟
كنت أقرأ في صحيفة جلف نيوز أن قوانين بلد المتوفى وقت الوفاة يمكن تطبيقها فيما يتعلق بالوصية.
هل هذا الأمر صحيح أم لا؟ أنا حقًا أبحث عن إجابة لهذين السؤالين أولاً. هل يمكن لأحد مساعدتي بذلك؟
