How to enforce the payment of a bounced cheque after the new law

Hi,

There is a case of a 500K bounced cheque. He was caught and went to jail in the criminal case and now he must be out because of the new law update.

Could there be deportation even though he did not pay the money or any payment at all?

How is deportation decided knowing that there is a flight ban in the civil case?

What is the penalty in case of non-payment in the civil case? And what happens if I don't hear from him?

What are the next steps the lawyer should be doing?

How to find out if there was deportation or not?

Is it easy to find out?

Dear questioner,

If there is a civil case with a travel ban against the person, even if he has deportation, he wouldn't be able to leave the country unless he settles the dues.

Many thanks for your reply.

If you read the text, you can see that sentence ".. Provided that this does not prevent the execution of the penal judgments issued for deportation..".

That tells me that the flight ban does not take priority. That is why I asked the question and I am looking for answers. I am worried. I will send you the Arabic now too.

The civil judgment needs to be sent for execution and the travel ban requested.
