كيف يمكن لموظف شركة إماراتية مقيم في البحرين المطالبة بمستحقاته العمالية عند إنهاء الخدمة؟
لقد كنت موظفًا لدى شركة مقرها دبي في أكتوبر 2019 لعمليات البحرين، ولدي تصريح إقامة في البحرين.
ينص خطاب تعييني والاتفاق على أن جميع مزايا نهاية الخدمة سيتم تطبيقها وفقًا لقانون العمل الإماراتي.
لقد تم إنهاء خدمتي في ديسمبر بعد أن عملت لمدة عامين إضافيين. لم يقم صاحب العمل بتسوية راتبي عن شهر ديسمبر ومكافأة نهاية الخدمة عن سنتين.
يرجى أيضًا إعلامي إذا كان يحق لي الحصول على راتب 3 أشهر وفقًا لقانون العمل الإماراتي.
ما هو التعويض الإضافي عن عدم تسديد المستحقات حتى الآن.

It is not clear how a Dubai-based company was able to obtain a resident permit for you to work and be licensed to stay in Bahrain.
I wish to be clear that entering into an agreement with a third-party company to essentially "sell" a visa is illegal and could lead to criminal liability.
If you were working for a branch in Bahrain - then Bahrain laws should apply to your relationship with it.
I assume this is your linked in profile [-------]. I could not find a company registered in Bahrain under the name [-------].
Accordingly, it seems like you were actually employed by the Dubai company, and it is not clear why you needed to be based in Bahrain.
On the face of it, it seems like your employment should be subject to the UAE Laws / the UAE Courts so you would need to get advice from a UAE lawyer (I only advise on Bahrain laws).
So I cannot comment on what your entitlements will be.
