Unfair termination without notice
My employer has terminated my employment with Clause 107 which was wrongly applied.
What and how I can challenge this unlawful termination?

If you feel that you have been terminated unfairly and without any genuine grounds then you can challenge the termination before the court and claim compensation as per the employment contract and the labor law of Bahrain.
