Termination of employment contract and legal rights
Good day, Attorney
I was called by our HR and said that they will not continue my contract and it will be finished within two months.
They said they will just finish it and will not continue. My question is that, is it considered a termination and I should receive a compensation of 6 months?
Thanks for your needed and helpful reply.

Hi,
In the absence of all the facts, I could only state that if the contract is for a fixed duration and they are terminating it at the end of the contract, then you cannot do anything.
However, if they are terminating it in the middle of the term then you can claim compensation.
