How to return to the UAE while there are unpaid loans and credit cards?

Dear sir/madam,

I have loans from 2 banks; one is 40000 AED and the other is 12000 AED. There are also 2 cards; one is 2500 AED and the other is 22500 AED.

I am planning to come back to Dubai to search for a job.

Is there any way to get a job visa? And how can I settle this?
