I left the UAE with pending car loan and phone bill. Can I come back to find a job?

Hi,

I used to work in the UAE for almost 9 years.

Unfortunately, I got pregnant and flew back to my home country to give birth in 2019. Now I'm planning to visit the UAE again and hopefully, I can find a new job as well.

Now my worries are, before leaving the UAE, I had a car loan from a Dubai bank in which my boyfriend is paying the monthly bill and using the car. Unfortunately, the pandemic happened, and wasn't able to pay for 8 months more I think.

In February 2021, the police took the car and according to my boyfriend, they let someone use the car and just continue to pay. I'm still receiving the monthly bills in my email.

What would be the effect if I applied for a tourist visa?

I have an unpaid bill as well in Du (AED 1,800) and Etisalat (1,700) that I didn't use.

Thanks!

Hello,

I think it's simple and it won't cause a problem when you come here, and we hope you come back in peace.

You can prepare this amount when you return to the airport. You can pay for it and it is expected that there will be no problem.

When you enter the country, you can settle the money with the bank and Etisalat.

Thanks!

I'm not receiving yet any email if they filed a case just an update of my outstanding balance.

So, is it safe to say that I can come back to the UAE without having any problem with the immigration or visa application?
