Q: Hi, My contract was suddenly terminated by my employer in Bahrain 7 months before my contract end date. (I was working with the same company for the last 4+ years). The contract end date for the year 2018-2019: 7-Apr-2019 My last working day was 30-Sep-2018 [Notice was given on 2-Sep-2018] But they didn't pay any compensation to me, and until now, they didn't pay my indemnity as well. I am currently working in the KSA. Your proper legal guidance on the same will be highly appreciated.

Q: I was employed by a Dubai-based company in Oct 2019 for Bahrain operations, having a residence permit in Bahrain. My appointment letter and agreement states that all the end-of-service benefits will be applicable as per the UAE labor law. I was terminated in December after being employed for 2 yrs plus. The employer has not settled my December salary and 2 years of the end of service benefits. Also, advise if I am entitled to receive 3 months of salary as per the UAE labor law.
