The possibility to outsource marketing and sales management to a UAE-based company
Dear sir/madam,
Can a foreign company (non-UAE company) have the option to appoint or outsource marketing and sales management in the UAE to a UAE-based marketing management company?
The UAE-based marketing management company will promote their product, find the distributor and manage the sales through distributors.

As per your query, you have to check the license and the activities which it carries. If there is no license or activity, then it is better to amend the existing license with the local sponsor and then promote it.
But please make sure that the terms of the agreement should be strong with the exclusivity and non-exclusivity clause (with the departmental registration of the agreement).
