س: السلام عليكم، انفصلت عن زوجتي بعد قضية خلع قبل 5 أشهر على أن تكون حضانة الأولاد القصر لديها وأن أدفع أنا أجرة البيت ومصاريف الأولاد ومدارسهم. اكتشفت قريبًا أنها تمارس الجنس مع أحد الرجال الأغراب دون زواج أو أي رابط قانوني في بيت الحضانة. سجلت لها فيديو صوتي خلال عملية ممارسة الجنس مع عشيقها دون علمها. أرغب في السؤال عن إمكانية إلغاء حضانة الأولاد كوني أرى أنها ليست أهلاً لحضانتهم. هل الفيديو المُسجَّل يفيدني إذا رفعت قضية لفض حضانة الأولاد عنها أم أنه ضدي كوني سجلته بدون علمهما؟ ولكم جزيل الشكر!

Q: My father took a video in a mall and a lady appeared accidentally in that video. She gave a complaint, and now the judgment is 6 months imprisonment and deportation. Can we give appeal and can they remove deportation and reduce the imprisonment? My father and mother are residing in the UAE for the past 10 years and there are no other cases against my father. He is innocent and this incident happened accidentally. We are 2 girls and this will affect our future. Is there is any chance?

س: هل يمكن للزوج استعمال تسجيلات المكالمات الهاتفية لإثبات الضرر من الزوجة؟ وبشكل أوضح، في حال تسجيل الزوج مكالماته الهاتفية مع زوجته، وقدَّم هذه المكالمات للمحكمة لإثبات الضرر الواقع عليه، هل هناك مسؤولية قانونية على الزوج؟

س: السلام عليكم، لدي كاميرا داخل المنزل وزوجتي دائمًا تضرب الطفلة وتعتدي على الجيران وتتلفظ بألفاظ سيئة جدًا وتسبب العديد من المشاكل الكارثية. هل يحق لي إبراز تسجيلات الكاميرات للمحاكم لإثبات الضرر؟ مع العلم هي تعلم بوجود الكاميرا وبأنها تعمل وتسجِّل باستمرار. أرجو الإفادة!
