Getting a holiday while being under a limited contract

Dear sir/madam,

1. Can I go on holiday when I'm under a limited contract?

2. Is it compulsory for the employer to give me gratuity?

3. What is the legal process if the employer refuses to give me my gratuity?

Dear questioner,

Indeed you can go for holidays; 30 days per year and your employer cannot prevent you from spending such holiday unless he wishes you to work during your holiday then your salary should be paid as 150% of your total salary with respect to your 30 days leave to be used on the second year of your contract.

Regarding gratuity, it is protected by the law and you can initiate a legal procedure before the ministry of labor against your employer in case they refuse to pay you off.
