Q: I am reaching out to file a defamation case against my sister-in-law who lives in Sharjah but she is a citizen of India. She has declared on Facebook and social media that my relationship with her brother (my husband) is annulled. I am married to her brother and our marriage is still valid. I have faced humiliation and shame due to her posting of irresponsible comments. Please let me know the course of litigation and costs involved.
